A close view of the forepart of the submarine L19 (1919) in No. 11 Dry Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, taken from the side of the dock looking at her port side between stations 32 and 18. She is dried out and parts of her casing have been cut away and various fittings marked. Heavy chains have been fitted at about stations 30 and 22 . She is being prepared for explosive trials due to take place in July.
