Damaged rudder of the destroyer Forester (1934) in dry dock at Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire

A close detail, taken from the port side, of the rudder of the destroyer Forester (1934) dried out in a large dry dock in Portsmouth Dockyard. The rudder has a large piece missing from the lower part of the leading edge. Another destroyer is docked down beyond her.
