A starboard bow view of the lower part of the bow of the Polish destroyer Burza (1929) in dry dock in Portsmouth Dockyard, taken from the floor of the dock. Her entire bow from keel to waterline has been blown away. Note the false bow wave painted on. She was bombed by German aircraft while on patrol near Calais on 24 May 1940 and was repaired at Portsmouth.
