The destroyer Cameron (1919) in No. 8 Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire

Looking aft along the floor of the dock from under the port bow of the hull of the destroyer Cameron (1919) capsized in No. 8 Dry Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard. The dock has been drained and timber baulks have been wedged between the ship's hull and the side of the dock. The Cameron was hit by a bomb during an air raid on 5 Dec. 1940, was bodily moved off the keel blocks and caught fire.
