There are sheerlegs set up on the forecastle and timber staging is at the port quarter and the lower hull forward. Her propeller shafts and rudder have been removed. The Cameron was hit by a bomb during an air raid on 5 Dec. 1940, was bodily moved off the keel blocks and caught fire.
