Bomb damage to plating for the Tynwald (1936) on a railway flat truck in portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire

A view of a sheet of plating destined for the auxiliary anti-aircraft vessel Tynwald (1936) on railway flat trucks numbers 136 and 203 in Portsmouth Dockyard. The railway trucks have been hit by a small bomb and the plate has been severely damaged. The photographer is looking down on the quayside from the deck of the Tynwald (1936). Air raid shelters 145 and 163 are in the background.
