A close-up of the damaged rudder of the destroyer Jersey (1938), taken from the port side near the bottom of the dock wall, while she is in dry dock in Portsmouth Dockyard. The propellers are not damaged. The ship was in Portsmouth for repairs from 3 Mar. to 6 Apr. 1941. It is not known how the damage to the rudder was caused.
