The rubble-strewn site of No. 9 Magazine at Priddys Hard Naval Armament Depot, Gosport. The magazine was totally destroyed in an air raid on the night of 10-11 Mar. 1941. Two railway wagons are in the foreground, one being wagon 2372 of the Rothervale Colliery, near Rotherham, and the other being covered ammunition wagon No. 176 of the R.N.A.D.
