MTB 51 (1941) in Portsmouth Harbour, Hampshire
A starboard broadside view of the aft end of MTB 51 (1941) under way in Portsmouth Harbour. Everything forward of the foremast is out of the picture. She is camouflaged. A Royal Navy commander, possibly named Dove, is on deck alongside the twin 0.5 inch machine gun mount. The Portsmouth Dockyard negative register gives the description as ML 51, photograph for Cmdr Dove.
