The docked down tank landing craft LCT 2285 (1942) seen from the top of the dry dock in Portsmouth Dockyard. The photographer is looking aft and to port from above her starboard bow. A steel structure is being assembled in her tank deck which, in the Portsmouth Dockyard negative register, is described as "modified tank ramps under construction". Her starboard quarter is out of the picture. The Portsmouth Dockyard negative register number P104/44 has been written near the bottom middle of the negative.
