On board the tank landing craft LCT 712 (1943) looking down at a hole in the hull near the port side of the bow while the ship is in dry dock in Portsmouth Dockyard. Part of the deck has been cut away and marks indicate where more steelwork is to be removed. The bow ramp is on the right.
