The two kitchens are on either side of the dais. The kitchen on the left is hidden behind a white ensign. The one on the right has been revealed and has the wording "Presented to H.M. Dockyard, Portsmouth. For use of Officers and Men and Women of the yard by The Order of The Eastern Star, District 10, 11 & 19, Toronto, Canada."
