Looking up the sea wall from the beach at the east end of Fort Cumberland, Eastney, Portsmouth, showing the badly cracked concrete. The lower face of the wall is faced with interlocking steel piles. A barbed wire topped chain link fence stretches back from the centre of the sea wall and a large timber obstruction on the left is wrapped in barbed wire.
