A photographic study of an underwater oxy-acetylene cutting torch laid on a sheet in Portsmouth Dockyard. Three pipe connections lead to a grip handle and the flame nozzle is at the end of a short pipe with a right-angle. It is broken down into its 16 constituent parts.
