Captain Q D Graham is on the King's right with Rear-Admiral Sir Philip Vian behind him. On the King's left is the Admiral Superintendent of the Dockyard, Vice-Admiral Marshal Llewelyn Clarke. Members of the ship's crew are paraded on deck and a Royal Marine bugler is standing by.
