The damaged frigate Affleck (1943) in No. 12 Dry Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire
A port quarter view of the frigate Affleck (1943) dried out in No. 12 Dry Dock in Portsmouth Dockyard, taken from the top of the dock and looking forward and to starboard from abaft the stern. The stern is canted up, the port shaft is broken, the starboard propeller and shaft are missing and the depth charge racks are badly bent. The hull has bad weed growth on it.
