The former German tanker Nord Atlantic (1938) in No. 15 Dry Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire.
On board the tanker Nord Atlantic (1938), dried out in No. 15 Dry Dock in Portsmouth Dockyard, during her reconstruction. Looking forward and to starboard along the upper deck from the port side of the aft superstructure. Her midships superstructure is being rebuilt from scratch and both of her masts are surrounded by scaffolding. A quantity of pipes is laying on the port side of her deck and one of her boats is on the starboard side of the deck.
