The former German tanker Nord Atlantic (1938) in No. 15 Dry Dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire.

Under the hull of the tanker Nord Atlantic (1938), dried out in No. 15 Dry Dock in Portsmouth Dockyard, during her reconstruction, taken from the bottom of the dock looking aft along the starboard side from about frame 100. New plates are being bolted into position from frame 80 aft. A shackle is fitted to two brackets on the hull in the foreground.
