A close view of the port inner propeller shaft A bracket of the light cruiser Belfast (1938) in a dry dock in Portsmouth Dockyard during her refit. It is seen from the starboard side of the shaft looking aft and to port from the bottom of the dock. The cone plates and the bottom half bearing bush have been removed and the propeller is covered in paper.
