Inside the M.E.D. Apprentices Training Workshop in Portsmouth Dockyard. This is a corrugated iron building and was built on the site of the Factory that was bombed in 1940-1941. This is a close view of three examples of the apprentice's work displayed on top of a wooden toolbox. There are two small motors, one having an aeroplane style propeller attached and the other having a gear wheel fitted. The third example is a small lathe. The apprentices are all from the October 1946 entry.
