Inside the command vessel Narvik (1945) in Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire
Inside the lower deck of the command ship Narvik (1945) during her refit in Portsmouth Dockyard. A catamaran float is lashed under the stairs on the left. A rubber boat is in the foreground and it is carrying a large rectangular box that appears to have three box lights on a hinged bracket projecting from each side and another box light on the top of it. A large number of these rectangular boxes are stored against the bulkhead on the right. The deckhead is fitted with a series of hoist rails. See also negative number N26975.
