Inside the lower deck of the command ship Narvik (1945) during her refit in Portsmouth Dockyard showing a general storage area which contains two boats, one fitted with a small aft shelter and covered in tarpaulin and the other being a small dinghy with a canvas sheet over it. Packing cases and coils of rope are on the deck. A wire mesh enclosure is in the right background. Timber is stored in a large rack in the left background.
