Inside the former tank deck of the experimental atomic and biological research ship Ben Lomond (1945) during her refit in Portsmouth Dockyard, showing the entrance door to a research facility. The sign on the door on the left reads "Danger door to be opened only when green lamp is burning" and the door is numbered M.D.07. Through the open doorway in the centre the bottom of a sign can be seen which is known to read "No entry unless in protective clothing". Vertical format.
