Goblet
Goblet with a round, funnel-shaped bowl with a faceted base, the stem with a faceted dumbbell knop and with a plain conical foot. It is wheel-engraved with a merchant brig, surrounded by palm branches, above: 'William of London'. The dedication is engraved in diamond point on a shield surrounded by palm branches: 'J & J. Tyler a Present from a Friend 1809.' The date of the glass is later than that given in the inscription.
