Picture transfer-printed on glass depicting a monument with an oval portrait of Nelson on the plinth, a pyramid above bears three inscriptions within oval wreaths: 'Battle of Copenhagen 2d April 1801', 'Battle of Cape St Vincent 14 Feby 1797', ' Battle of the Nile 1,2,3 of Augt 1798'. Britannia stands to the left indicating Nelson's portrait with her left hand. Willow branches can be seen above the monument and the masts of a ship to the left, inscribed below: 'Brittannia lamenting the death of Admiral Lord Nelson, Who after a Series of transcendant and heroic Virtues, fell gloriously in his 121st. Engagement in the Moment of a Brilliant & Decisive Victory, obtained over the Combined Fleets of France and Spain on the 21st. Octr. 1805.' The picture is in a black wooden frame.
