Glass door panel with a curved top. It is painted on the reverse with a blue garter belt surrounding a Union Flag and inscribed 'H.M.S. TRIUMPH' in gold letters. The garter is surmounted by a Queen's Crown. The door panel has a Greek key pattern border in gold.
