Jug
Liverpool transfer-printed creamware jug with a large spout and plain loop handle. One side is inscribed 'SUCCESS TO THE SAILMAKERS', depicting three seated men sewing sails; the other side depicts a British sailing vessel at sea. Under the spout the name 'JOHN BENNET', within a cartouche of hops and vines.
