Mirror
Giltwood mirror with transfer-printed glass and a top panel is decorated with painted pictures of Nelson in an oval medallion against a line of ships behind and a crocodile below. It is an example of the many commemorative objects manufactured after Nelson’s victory at the Battle of the Nile on 1 August 1798.
