A distant port bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the general cargo ship Caspiana (1943) alongside Shed 11, Brunswick Yard, Greenland Dock, Surrey Docks, London. She has a number of rope ladders deployed over her side and is discharging timber into lighters alongside. A large number of lighters are between her and the quay. A scotch crane is on the left. On the right and seen from off her port bow is the tug Sun XV (1925) under way passing through the raised Redriff Road bascule bridge from Greenland Dock to Canada Dock.
