Barrel organ

Oak and pine chamber barrel organ belonging to Sir Samuel Hood (1762-1814) with mahogany veneer and boxwood stringing. Gilt pipes in oval front section, handle, seven stops for drum, triangle etc. Six barrels of which four fit in the base, one in the play position and one in a fitted box. One roller of music in wooden case, one in the organ and several inside the strand itself. To the left of the organ is a small door for changing rolls.
