Seal
Gilt metal fob seal set with a bloodstone. The bloodstone is shaped like a step pyramid, and is engraved with the initials 'GB'. It is thought to have have belonged to George ('Beau') Brummell, 1778-1840: the Museum also has a folding reading/ magnifying glass inscribed with his name.
