Capt. afterwards Adm Sir Charles Napier KCB By his daughter Mrs Henry Jodrell". Broad arrow. The action was in fact on 26 February 1813 when Napier landed on the island of Ponza off the coast of Naples and caused the Governor of the island to surrender.
