A denarius. Obverse: Within a pearled border a wreathed head of Neptune (right), trident behind. Inscribed above: 'XXVII' (mint-mark). Reverse: Within a pearled border a winged genius (likely Cupid) astride a dolphin. Legend below: 'L. LVCRET[I] TRI[O]'. Minted in Rome by Lucius Lucretius Trio in 76 BC.
