Mug
Hand painted pearlware mug, decorated in the studio of David Rhodes and Robinson of Leeds. One side is inscribed 'Rodney for ever' above a figure of a naval officer in a blue uniform, sword raised, standing in front of a fouled anchor, representing Admiral Sir George Brydges Rodney (1719-1792). On the other side a small boat is shown, being sailed by two men in blue jackets.
