Single sheet, engraving. Scale: [circa 1:17,000,000]. Graduated for latitude and longitude with the prime meridian through London.Contains rhumb lines. A large cartouche contains a double portrait of Robert Blake and Edward Vernon set against depictions of their naval actions and surrounded by flags and instruments of war, Dotted lines indicate the tracks of ships between Spain and Cartagena and Havana. Their return route is intersected by the track taken by ships from England to the West Indies, the landmass of Africa is occupied by advertisements for Moore's 'Travels to the inland parts of Africa'.
