Single sheet. Engraving. Scale: [1:45,000]. The Victoria Deep was orignally called the 'Victoria Trough', but Francis Beaufort as Hydrographer to the Admiralty encouraged Beechey to modify the name because Victoria Trough "smells like pig feeding" (UKHO LB11:382 26/1/44).
