Dish
A white porcelain oval dish, probably for soap, with a gold rim and foot. There are four small ledges inside to support a strainer which is now missing. On the front and back, the badge of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company transfer-printed in black (the company house flag within a crowned garter belt inscribed 'THE ROYAL MAIL STEAM PACKET COMPANY'). The maker's mark is printed on the base.
