Chamber pot
White earthenware chamber pot, transfer-printed with the house flag of the White Star line (a red swallow-tailed pennant with a five-pointed white star). Inscribed on a ribbon below 'WHITE STAR LINE'. The White Star Line (1871-1933) mainly operated in the North Atlantic between Liverpool and New York. An identical chamber pot was recovered from the wreck site of RMS 'Titanic'.
