Figure group
A Staffordshire figure group depicting the death of Nelson. The admiral, eyes closed, clad in pink breeches, his hat on the deck, is supported by two naval officers in blue uniform, white breeches, hats and boots. The left-hand officer rests his hand on Nelson's shoulder, the right-hand officer lays his hand on Nelson's forehead. 'Death of Nelson' is crudely painted on the base over the glaze in green paint.
