The building of a new Hulk for careening the Great Ships.
The taking down of ten Mast houses in the new Yard.
The building of a new Yard with Brick.
Enlarging the Sail Loft and making a Tar Cellar.
Building five more small houses in Sheerness Yard for Workmens' Lodgings.
You sent Estimates of the Charges for these Works, which are to be taken in hand as soon as convenient, and we herewith return the Estimates which are confirmed by this Board.
