Model capstan top made of the wood of the ship of the line 'Royal George', which sank at Spithead in 1782. Inscribed on an inset plaque are the words: 'MODEL OF CAPSTAN FROM THE WRECK OF THE ROYAL GEORGE SUNK 1782 RAISED 1839.' 'VI'.
