BY . ADMIRAL . VERNON .' Reverse: The devil leading Sir Robert Walpole by a rope round the neck towards the open mouth of an infernal beast. Legend: 'MAKE : ROOM : FOR : SIR : ROBERT.' Exergue: 'NO : EXCISE.'
