Admirael van Ghent gecommandeert hebben de het gros van fregatten daer mede het fameux exploit den 21.22.23.Juny 1667 op de Rivieren van Londen en Rochester is int werck gestelt te vereeren een goude Keeten met een Medaille tot een gedenck teecken in syne familie en voor de posteriteyt'. (The States-General of the United Netherlands have thought right to present to Rear-Admiral Vlugh, who commanded under Lieutenant Admiral van Ghent, the main force of frigates, with which the famous exploit was executed on the 21, 21, 23 June 1667, on the rivers of London and Rochester, a chain of gold, with a medal, as a memorial to his family and posterity.)
