A black and white photograph. It depicts a group of ships tied up in a foreign port. Several naval ships are docked in the foreground while the rest appear to be cargo ships. A railway connecting to the port can be seen towards the middle right section of the photograph. A city and mountain can be seen in the background. ( It was de-framed September 2002, but the frame was retained)
