Scale: Unknown. Model of four frames of a warship made entirely of wood which has been varnished, and metal fittings. The four frames have filling frames, floors, futtocks and top timbers along part of their length and the method of fixing the frames to each other is shown. The frames are held together by a series of eight horizontal wooden ribbands on either side secured by brass pins and flanged bolts. A single wooden brace connects the port and starboard frames. The model shows the position and fixing of the keel and the keelson. The keel section is mounted directly to a wooden horizontal baseboard with bevelled edges.
