Liquid compass - aircraft

Bowl- A black and brown painted metal bowl glazed at the front. Has a corrector magnet tube holder at top front and two similar at base. Filler plug at side and pivot remover at base. The expansion chamber is at the back and is covered with a plate. There is a lubber wire at the front.
Card- A white vertical card with black markings graduated to eight points and 0-360 by 5 degree divisions.
Needle- Two flat bar needles attached to wire framework of card.
Pivot-Steel pivot attached to card frame rests into pivot cup situated on top of removable pivot stem.
