Button, Coastguard uniform: pattern 1855 ?
Three buttons. Twisted rope edge. Within a smooth circular border on a lined background is a pre1901 crown with an anchor underneath. A belt which circles the anchor until it joins upto the crown has COASTGUARD on it.
