Ganges (1821); Thunderer (1831)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the inboard profile illustrating the diagonal bracing for Ganges (1821), an 84-gun Second Rate, two-decker, building at Bombay, India. The method of diagonal framing depended upon how the frames had been chocked. If the frames conformed to the first framing plan sent out then this plan was to be used. However, if not then the diagonal frames were to conform to the inboard profile plan for Asia (1824) and Bombay (1828) to be dispatched. The plan includes alterations to the mizzen mast position for Thunderer (1831), dated December 1838.
