Pegasus (1776)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the body plan with stern board decoration, sheer lines with inboard detail and quarter decoration and figurehead, and longitudinal half-breadth for Pegasus (1776), a 14-gun sloop, as built at Chatham Dockyard.
NMM, Progress Book, volume 5, folio 408, states that 'Pegasus' was begun in May 1775, and launched in December 1776 with fitting out completed by the end of January 1777. She sailed from Chatham in March 1777.
