Salisbury (1769)

Scale: 1:48. A copy of a plan dated 5 May 1766, showing the body plan, sheer lines, and longitudinal half-breadth for Salisbury (1769), a 50-gun Fourth Rate, two-decker as built at Chatham Dockyard. The plan includes proposed alterations to the position of the upper deck gunports, and the repositioning of the chain bolts of the fore channel found to be too near the deck.
